Just like everything in this game, real skill is a small component, you succeed because of class inequity and gear which are ultimately the tools that the developers use to make people spend their money. I feel sorry for the people who first made level 60 and first had the option of creating yellows and made the wrong set without available data on the performance characteristics of each weapon.
Siropas's Greatsword of Destruction is the best weapon in terms of damage for a beserker in Grand Fantasia. You can know that zerkers take down pretty much anything in their path at 60 with that sword. The ability alone makes it 1 of the best weapons in the game.
Dual wielding isn't something that many zerkers doing at 60, most wait till about 66 to dual so they can have the 65 yellow axe and the 66 hp drain sword. While Bodor's and Smucla would probably be a good combination, if you went up against most classes odds are you would probably die faster than if you used Siropas.
Sword lies because it says 20% chance (1 in 5) of 100% dmg and 100% crit but you can only get 100% crit, not 2x base dmg. Axe is best IMHO because master skills give 15% dmg axe boost and so many classes now have reduced chance of taking crit hits that you dont want to over crit and instead get your normal hit up.
We can see those masters only apply for normal attack damage, not skills, so right there, grand fantasia gold your losing a good chunk of dmg. Also, Siro does definitely increase your damage in some way, be it crit dmg, or normal damage. BTW, unless you crit at all in your attacks, you will not be doing that much damage at all. Crit is always better to have than normal attacks.
